Live on the plant floor

One dashboard for
maintenance and production.

Ask a question in plain words and get a straight answer, drawn from your own machine documentation by a dedicated AI assistant. The right part, the right procedure, the first time — on any device, anywhere on the floor.

Two teams, one source of truth

Built for the people who run it and the people who fix it

Maintenance and production ask different questions of the same machines. Each side gets a dashboard shaped around its own work — drawing on exactly the same records.

Maintenance

Fix it faster

Everything a technician needs at the machine, without walking back to the office for a binder.

  • Search every manual by part number or procedure
  • Add notes to a page so hard-won knowledge stays
  • Check stock before you walk to the store
  • Track upgrades and revisions automatically
● In service today
Operators & production

Back running, without waiting

Most stoppages an operator meets have a known answer. Get it in seconds, at the machine — instead of hunting through a book or standing idle waiting for a technician.

  • Ask what a fault code means and what to do about it
  • Changeover and format steps, in order, with the settings
  • Pre-start checks you can tick off before you run
  • Know when it's yours to fix — and when to escalate
  • Hand over cleanly at the end of a shift

Built-in AI assistant

Ask it like you'd ask the best person on the crew

No search syntax. No part number required. Describe the fault the way you'd describe it to a colleague, and get an answer worked out from your own manuals — with the page it came from, so you can check it yourself.

  • The right part, first time It knows which part fits which machine, what supersedes what, and where else on the floor the same one is used — so the wrong one doesn't get ordered.
  • Technical answers in seconds Expected voltages, terminal numbering, resistance a component should read, what to measure and where. The kind of thing that used to mean an hour with a binder.
  • Safety called out, not buried Live-voltage steps are flagged before you get to them, and isolation is checked against the procedure rather than assumed.
  • Operators get answers too An operator can ask what a fault code means, or how to set up a changeover, and get the steps in order — without hunting through a book or waiting on a technician who's already on another line.
  • Private by design It answers from your documentation, not from the open internet — and your manuals are never handed to a public AI service or used to train anyone else's model. Hosting is arranged to suit the site.
What's inside

Everything the floor needs, nothing it doesn't

No training course, no thick manual about the manual. If you can use a phone, you can use this.

Instant search

Type a part number, a component or a procedure. Get the exact page, not a list of documents to wade through.

Made for the floor

Phone, tablet or workstation. Big targets, high contrast, and a print button for when a screen won't do.

Local knowledge kept

Notes stay attached to the page they belong to. What one person worked out, everyone gets — including the next hire.

Nothing is permanent

Every change is named, dated and reversible. Originals are never overwritten, only added to.

Stock aware

See whether the part is on the shelf before you walk to the store or raise an order.

Safe by design

Read-only for most, password-gated to edit. It reads records — it never touches a machine control.

Every assembly, exploded

See how it comes apart before you take it apart

Assemblies open up so you can see what sits where, what part number each piece carries, and whether it's on the shelf — before you pick up a spanner.

Slow PDFs are a thing of the past

No four-hundred-megabyte download that pins your phone for two minutes and eats your storage. Pages arrive one at a time, in a fraction of a second, and nothing is kept on the device. Open it on a borrowed tablet and it is just as fast.

the page you asked for, now

A built-in editor, not a support ticket

Mark up a page, add a note, correct a drawing, or drop in a whole revised manual — by drag and drop, in the browser. No specialist software, no waiting on anyone, and every change is named, dated and reversible.

Drop a revised manual here It reads it, rebuilds the index, and keeps the old version whole
How it works

From a pile of PDFs to a working dashboard

Bring your documents

Hand it the manufacturer's files. It reads them, works out what they are, and builds the structure itself.

It builds the index

Every part number, assembly and procedure becomes searchable, cross-referenced across every machine you own.

Your team adds what it knows

Notes, corrections, local practice. The plant's own knowledge, kept where people will find it.

It stays current

Revisions and upgrade kits fold in without breaking a single existing reference.
